Business Customers Terms and Conditions
Introduction
1. By accessing and using our website as a business customer, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.
Orders
2. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Pricing and Payment
3. All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We strive to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. Payment must be made at the time of order using the payment methods provided.
Delivery
4. We offer delivery within the UK. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Returns
5. Business-to-business (B2B) transactions do not include a cooling-off period. Please ensure that you have selected the correct item for your needs before purchasing. We do not accept returns for change of mind for business customers.
Faulty Goods
6. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you need to inform us within 5 business days of the item being delivered to you. You have the right to a replacement or repair, depending on the circumstances. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty goods. You will need to provide proof of the fault, such as photos and a description of the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return on any items that have been damaged due to misuse, incorrect setup, lack of maintenance, wear and tear or accidents. Please note: Once an item has been returned; if no fault is found upon assessment, courier and labour costs may be charged. The item will then be sent back to you.
Warranty
7. Products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product description for details. Each manufacturer will have their own set warranty period for business / commercial customers.
Liability
8. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Intellectual Property
9. All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.

11. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
